Check out below some of my featured work over the last few years.
But first, a bit about my skillset:
I’m a Graphic Designer by title, yet very early in my career I gravitated towards Interaction and User Interface Design. That said, my skillset’s proximity with Branding led me to often leading teams of both Product Design professionals, as well as Marketing professionals.
In the last few years I’ve been transitioning to a more Product Management–oriented skillset (particularly from a leadership standpoint).
This has naturally pushed me in the orbit of Product Marketing, which is a subject I have rapidly fallen in love with.
Case Study: How multiple interdisciplinary teams rallied around a full revamp of Ventup’s positioning strategy.
By the end of 2023, Ventup’s leadership made strong efforts to convey to the team the critical need to speed up our achievement of product-market-fit.
I made the case for revisiting our positioning in the market, and eventually spearheaded what became in 2024 a Product Marketing function, supported by Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and the founders.
Case Study: The role of Insticator’s Product Design team in the acquisition of a Commenting Product.
In January 2020, Insticator acquired a commenting platform and launched the re-branded technology to the market as part of an aggressive plan to on board Tier 1 Publishers with the new product offering.
My team played a key role in the adoption of the new product by high-profile Publisher partners, reaching almost 2 million monthly users reading comments and 70K+ monthly users actively commenting in the first 18 months of operation.
Case Study: How we adopted the GV Design Sprint at Icalia and evolved it into the “Product Launchpad” integral service.
Back in 2017, Icalia Labs wanted to try a new “productized” service inspired by the Google Ventures Design Sprint.
I was responsible of turning the new business unit from pilot to profitable in <12 months. In the process, my team ran 30+ Design Sprints with customers in México and the U.S., in a wide range of industries.
We eventually coined the term “Product Launchpad” for our proprietary spin of the methodology, packed into a service blueprint that remains relevant and in use today after ~7 years.
